1. REFUNDS & RETURNS
All personalized items are final sale. We don't accept returns and we accept exchanges. Production commences immediately upon order confirmation, making alterations to customization details (e.g., text, color, size) impossible after submission.
If an error is attributable to us (e.g., manufacturing defects or incorrect personalization), we will absolutely fix the problem immediately for you and re-send you a new product, but monetary refunds remain unavailable.Please understand that customized products are with your exclusive customized information. Once sold, they cannot be sold again. We appreciate your understanding!
2. Order Cancellations
Orders enter production instantly upon placement and cannot be modified or canceled. We strongly recommend reviewing all order details (including personalization, shipping address, and product specifications) before finalizing your purchase.
3. Free Replacement Eligibility
We offer free replacements within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival. If there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., damage, malfunction, or printing errors attributable to us).
- Incorrect items shipped (e.g., wrong design, size, or customization due to our error).
Replacement Process:
Email service@moongift4u.com with:
① Order number and contact email;
② Photo/video evidence of the issue;
③ For size claims: Images showing measurements with a ruler/tape;
④ For print errors: Clear photos of the discrepancy.
We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if our customer service confirms it. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refunds.
Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
4. Replacement with Fee
If an error stems from incorrect customization details provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled text or wrong size selected), a replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price

You bear all shipping costs (fees determined by the carrier).
